Exclusive AI Workshop for Maryland Health Executive IT Leaders venumadhav September 21, 2026

PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP

This workshop gives senior health system IT leaders a private setting to share what is working with AI, what is not, and what they are being asked to solve next. The conversation will be shaped by the executives in the room, not by a prepared sales agenda.

WHAT TO EXPECT

No sales pitch

This is not a sales event. There will be no sales decks or pressure to schedule follow-up meetings. Microsoft and facilitators will participate as hosts and listeners during the peer discussion.

A candid discussion with peers

Bring the AI issues that are keeping you up at night. The roundtable will cover concerns such as value realization, governance, security, data readiness, workforce capacity, vendor sprawl, clinician trust, and the practical barriers to scale.

Practical Microsoft Copilot guidance

A live demonstration will show ways executives and leadership teams can use Copilot for meeting preparation, document review, decision support, research, scenario analysis, and follow-through. The focus is on work you can apply immediately.

PARTICIPATION AND PRIVACY

The workshop will be in person, with one or two executives per organization. The peer discussion will follow the Chatham House Rule. Nothing will be recorded, and comments will not be attributed outside the room. The Copilot demonstration will use a Microsoft environment with synthetic data. No protected health information or attendee data will be used.

“Time and Maryland meeting location will be provided to confirmed attendees.”
