Technical Architect
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, product managers, and business stakeholders, to architect robust systems that align with both business objectives and technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end architecture solutions for web, mobile, cloud, or enterprise systems.
- Define and document technical architecture, system designs, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality software.
- Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, security, performance) are addressed.
- Collaborate with product and project managers to estimate efforts and define milestones.
- Conduct design and code reviews to maintain architectural integrity.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the company’s needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in an architecture or lead role.
- Strong experience in [relevant technologies – e.g., Java/.NET, Node.js, Python, AWS/Azure, microservices, etc.
- Deep understanding of architectural principles and patterns such as SOA, RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Project Manager

The PM should be able to identify the requirements of all involved stakeholders and come up with a clear breakdown of tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
What you’ll be doing:
- Consulting with the functional unit to identify, define and document business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between departmental end-users, IT stakeholders, and technical experts.
- Track and document changes during project execution.
- Identifies opportunities for improving business prospects with the client.
- Provide assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching team members.
- Hold regular project reviews with internal & client stakeholders.
- Keeps development team well informed of changes within the organization.
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations whenever required.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues as and when it is imperative.
- Achieve desired CSAT levels.
- Track project progress and reports the status to higher management.
- Participate in testing of application pre-UAT to ensure quality.
What skills are we looking for?
- Over 18 months of project management exp (Exposure to Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile and relevant processes.
- PM certification desirable.
- Previously handled a team of 7+ people.
Proven ability to manage more than 1 project at a time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.)
- Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to potential clients and explain the benefits.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Process Management: Track and manage sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to create new sales strategies and campaigns.
- Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-ups to leads, ensuring all concerns are addressed and potential sales opportunities are maximized.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar sales role.
