M365 Developer
Job Description:
The M365 Developer will be responsible for the migration and modernization of the line of applications to an enterprise framework using SharePoint Online/On-Premises, and Power Platform. This position is responsible for leading the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of modernized, enterprise versions of these applications. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with the client, users and the development team is essential.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience within the SharePoint Development.
- Minimum 3 to 4 Years with SharePoint Online or M365.
- Should have 2 to 3 Years of experience in Power Platform development i.e., development of PowerApps, Power Automate (MS Flows).
- Experience with various types of SDLC and Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum project methodologies and DevOps Tools.
- Delivering functional specification documents (FSD), implementation plans and status reports for small to complex client engagements.
- Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new M365/SharePoint based initiatives.
- Demonstrates competency/success in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions and create long term partnerships with customers.
- Assigning tasks to Team and Review of their work and helping them to troubleshoot the issues.
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs.
- Develops, configures, and maintains portals, custom solutions, sites, pages, document libraries and lists, including access control and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated focus on team development and on-time project/solutions delivery.
Technical Experience:
- Should have experience in M365, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate (MS Flows), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and SharePoint Designer Workflows.
- Should have experience in using MS Graph APIs with SharePoint Online.
- Should have experience of SharePoint Server-Side and Client-Side Object Model.
- Should have experience of working with the SharePoint App model provider-hosted and/or SharePoint hosted
- Should have experience working with React JS and Typescript, jQuery, Rest API
- Should have experience in SharePoint 2016/2013 Development – Master Pages, Layouts, Web Parts, OTB Features, Custom Solution and PowerShell.
- Should have experience in Timer Jobs, Event Handlers/Receivers and Content Types.
- Should have good Knowledge of Responsive Design and its integration with SharePoint online.
AZURE DATA ARCHITECT
Job Responsibilities
- To collaborate with various teams/regions in driving facilitating data design, identifying architectural risks and key areas of improvement in data landscape, and developing and refining data models and architecture frameworks
- Technical experience and knowledge in Cloud Data Warehousing, data migration and data transformation
- Develop and test ETL components to high standards of data quality and performance as a hands-on development lead
- Familiarity with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, MDM, BI, Dashboards, AI, ML
- Design data architecture patterns and ecosystems including data stores (operational systems, data lakes, data warehouses, data marts, cosmos db), ingress patterns (API, streaming, ETL/ELT), and egress patterns (analytics/decision tools, BI tools). Lead, consult or oversee multiple architectural engagements
- Oversee and contribute to the creation and maintenance of relevant data artifacts (data lineages, source to target mappings, high level designs, interface agreements, etc.) in compliance with enterprise level architecture standards
- Experience in leading and delivering data centric projects with concentration on Data Quality and adherence to data standards and best practices
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Comp. Science degree preferred not mandatory); Master’s degree is a plus 6+ yrs of experience
- Expertise in ETL, Data architecture and Data modelling
- Expertise working in Relational and Big Data platforms, including MySQL, and large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark
- Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lake, Data Warehousing and Reporting/Analytics concepts
- Expertise building Data pipelines, Data Lakes and Data Warehouses in Azure using Cloud services.
- Expertise in data analysis and writing and developing complex queries using SQL
- Experience in designing Big Data/Cloud Solution Designs, data models
- Knowledge of Pyspark, Shell scripting, SQL, Python & some of the standard data science packages (Pandas, Numpy, etc.).
- Strong verbal and business communication skills.
