Acuvate Has Been Honoured for Its Digital Transformation Impact by ADIB

We are pleased to share that Acuvate has been recognized by ADIB (Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank), a leading Islamic bank in Abu Dhabi, for enabling their multi-year digital transformation across knowledge management, product digitization, and operational efficiency. 

As part of this engagement, Acuvate partnered with the ADIB’s digital transformation teams to modernize their internal systems, unify information access, and improve collaboration across departments—laying a strong digital foundation for faster decision-making and improved workforce productivity. 

Across multiple initiatives, Acuvate delivered a suite of cloud-ready solutions that modernized how teams access information, manage approvals, search content, and process requests. These solutions replaced fragmented, manual processes with structured digital platforms that support better governance, insight-driven operations, and consistent knowledge delivery. 

Acuvate digitized the ADIBs extensive product catalog, enabling frontline employees to easily discover offerings, understand product details, and identify relevant cross-sell opportunities. A deep-search knowledge hub was also introduced for the department, giving teams fast access to bilingual guidance, structured notes, research material, and page-level content discovery. 

In addition, workflows within Sharia operations were reimagined through a digital helpdesk that centralizes requests, approvals, SLAs, and communication updates. The bank also adopted a standardized digital workspace for product reviews and approvals—including structured maker–checker flows for services, facilities, and combinations of products. 

Together, these modern systems delivered stronger control, improved visibility, faster processes, and a future-proof digital ecosystem aligned with ADIB’s long-term transformation goals.
