RealWear - Industrial Wearable Technology for
Connected Workers

The RealWear Navigator™ 520 is a hands-free, Android™-based wearable computer designed for industrial workers. It serves as the foundation for Connected Worker programs and can be used in wet, dusty, hot, dangerous, and loud environments. This fully ruggedised, head-mounted device can be attached to safety helmets or bump caps and used with safety glasses or corrective eyewear. Its high-resolution micro-display fits just below the line of sight, providing a view equivalent to a 7-inch screen held at arm’s length. 

The Navigator is an industrial dashboard that can be accessed as needed and kept out of the way otherwise. Working within a vast ecosystem, the RealWear headsets support over 200 leading apps from solution partners, optimised for the micro-display and voice-controlled navigation. This means users don’t need to scroll, swipe, or tap. Just using simple voice commands, they can enable applications such as digital workflows, remote expert guidance, IoT data visualisation, inspections, audits, acceptance testing, verification, commissioning, training, visual assistance, and document navigation.
