1. ERP (SAP): Here we support multiple scenarios such as
a. Work Order Mgt.
b. Work Permit Mgt
c. Plant Management

f. In all cases these read and write/update type interfaces.
g. These are different examples of API based interfaces where it is as well important to have end to end OpenID Connect (OIDC) security model in place.
h. Of course, we developed the SAP based versions but the same can be achieved for IBM Maximo, Oracle ERP; MS Dynamics; etc.
2. Aveva (OSIsoft) PI
We support high speed streaming from PI timeseries data (from OT and IT) from a large number of tags (enterprise wide) to AcuPrism, where they can be stored in an efficient way such that AcuPrism supports billions and billions of records stored since often timeseries data will be kept for many years (20 years or more). Therefore, scalability is important and having this, often OT, data fully integrated with all other data sources. Once in AcuPrism the time series data can, for example, be used for Predictive Maintenance of rotating equipment.
3. Assai (Document Management System)
Indeed, direct access to all engineering and other documents / drawings and again this can be contextualized / aligned with other data sources so for the user interface (such as Digital Tin) we get an integrated picture.
4. Camera images
Increasingly 5G based camera images can be streamed realtime to AI-MV on AcuNow (Edge) or AcuPrism where Machine Vision will be applied. Multiple use cases such as various HSSE scenarios; Leakage & Spillage detection; Emissions; etc.
5. My documents
Storing, for example, Digital Twin configuration data inside AcuPrism.
6. P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram)
Digitizing these diagrams and storing results in a Graph database; Then Gen-AI can be used to ask for any information and align the data in the Graph database with other data such as Timeseries data; Asset Mgt data; etc.
7. Advisory SetPoints
Being able to get settings from the User Interface (based on AI) back to the OT based device whereby this Setpoint first goes to Operations for them to make the final call.
